Steven Scow
Steve Scow is a transactional lawyer and focuses on tax, business and estate planning, probate, and secured transactions. Steve also has extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy matters, representing lending institutions, financial services corporations, equipment lessors, landlords, and unsecured creditors’ committees. He has served as trial counsel for bench trials, and has argued before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit.

Before attending law school, he earned a master’s degree in tax accounting, which provides additional depth and perspective in serving clients’ needs.

Prior to forming Koch & Scow, Steve began his career with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP in the firm’s
Costa Mesa, California office.

Professional Qualifications and Activities

Admitted to practice in all Nevada and California state courts, United States District Courts in California (Central District), Nevada, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
